More About Me

Meet Grace

Grace began her real estate career at just 19, encouraged by her mother to obtain her salesperson's license in college. She gained early experience hustling summer rentals in Rhode Island, before shifting her focus to Boston. Grace joined the Charlestown-based Gibson Real Estate, balancing several other jobs as she explored her career path. Thanks to the generosity and mentorship of the firm's four owners, she honed her skills and developed a passion for the business. By 26, she had earned her sales and broker's license.

Over the past 22+ years, Grace has expanded her expertise, taking on roles as a licensed junior appraiser, developer, investor, and owner of her own real estate company. Now with Coldwell Banker, Grace serves clients across Greater Boston, assisting sellers from the suburbs to downtown, guiding buyers through successful purchases, preparing and selling REO properties for banks, and sourcing quality tenants for landlords.

A Winchester High School (Class of 1999) and Harvard University (Class of 2003) graduate, as well as a long-time Charlestown resident, she has deep familiarity with the diverse towns and neighborhoods in the region.

Grace is among Boston's top-producing agents, consistently closing over $25 million in sales annually. She is a multiple recipient of the prestigious Coldwell Banker® International President's Elite Award, placing her in the top 1% of sales associates worldwide.

Beyond her career, Grace is deeply connected to her community. She is an avid traveler and reader and dedicates her time to Charlestown Youth Softball, the Prison Book Library Association, ElderCare, and has served as Governor of City Square Park for the past seven years.
