More About Me

Meet Grace

Grace has been selling real estate since the age of 19. Encouraged by her mother, she obtained her salesperson's license during college. With a summer of hustling rentals in Newport, Rhode Island, under her belt, Grace shifted her focus to Boston. Grace joined a small Charlestown-based firm called Gibson Real Estate and worked several other jobs simultaneously with the hopes of finding a savory career path. Due to the four owners' generosity (and patience) she learned the trade and grew to love the business. She shed her other jobs and obtained her broker's license at age 26. In her 20+ years, Grace has taken on roles including licensed junior appraiser, developer, investor and owner of her own real estate company.

Today, with Coldwell Banker, she serves clients throughout Greater Boston, listing properties for sellers from the suburbs to downtown, guiding buyers to successful purchases, working with banks to prep and sell REO properties and sourcing quality tenants for her landlord-clients. A Winchester High School (Class of 1999) and Harvard University (Class of 2003) graduate, and long-time Charlestown resident, she is familiar with the array of towns and neighborhoods of Greater Boston.

Grace is among the top-producing agents in Boston, consistently closing more than $25 million in sales per year. She is multiple recipient of the Coldwell Banker® International President's Elite Award, a distinction reserved for the top 1% of sales associates worldwide. An avid traveler and reader, Grace also has deep community roots. She is active in Charlestown Youth Softball, the Prison Book Library Association, ElderCare, and has been the acting Governor of City Square Park for the past seven years.
